What is a completely managed website?

I build a website from scratch using WordPress and connect it to a domain name of your choosing. Once its up and running and you’re ready for launch, I manage your online presence for your business using my plethora of experience and tools so all you have to worry about is taking care of your business.

How do I update my website?

The easiest way will typically be to message me directly at (319) 431-3313 or zack@trydownright.com. If you would like to edit it yourself, I could teach you how. But that’s part of what you are paying me for every month!

What is a support request?

Any request that isn’t directly website related that I could feasibly help you with. If you need a QR code that links to your website, or an update to your Google Business listing, I can help you get it done.

What is an informational website?

This is a concise way to describe that the website’s primary purpose is to display information, as opposed to collecting information from visitors or having some kind of dedicated functionality. For example, a webstore would not be considered an informational website, since the website’s purpose is to sell products.

Why is Month to Month pricing higher?

Since I’m building a site from scratch I simply would like to incentivize a longer payment term to cover my time and expenses. I am also charged for each transaction by the payment processing company.
